what kind of motherboard do you have

Its not the ram.

Have you tried to format the computer?

Maybe your settings in your bios got wiped, Can you get into the bios?

Does it beep on start up?

I would think its a driver problem, are you installing the correct drivers?

Check to make sure the connection cables are in the right holes.

Did you check creative audio consol settings?

Since you only have basic knowledge of web design.

I would suggest using a website builder like rvsite builder (I offer it preinstalled with my web hosting) or some sort of content managment...
