When camming on my Logitech 4000 I cant hear or be heard through the built in mic. Is it supposed to be possible when camming because it works fine when making a video message?

Hope someone can help. Have a Logitech 4000 webcam which records video sound but when camming in yahoo cant get any sound. Would love to be able to chat to friends rather than typing.

Windows XP wont open and the message "unmountable_boot_volume" appears.

Have tried opening in safe mode but the same thing happens. It suggests it may be due to software recently...
