i have somehow managed to put a password on my computer that won't allow me to upgrade or download and install software....

i hope i'm doing this right. i'm trying to get help removing a password i must have put in on system 10.3 that i can't get off.

where do i go to FIND where i might have a password? i can't upgrade...
