As far as I know, McAfee hav its own antispyware and there is no need to use multiple AS. So just disable one of them and I advice you disable WinDef

partitions are there but one cannot get opened, and another get opened and you see no files! Very strange, I almost every time invoke chkdsk with /r and /f but guess what, the same problem.

Seems BIOS doesn't detect it!
Two option:

After looking the image file, it looks like ownership problem. Try to copy that file into another Location and try to double click and see
