Yes it is part of the NVIDIA settings but setting the memory back to default didnt sove my problem. My system still freezed up and forces me to press the restart button.

I have the same problem when playing Age Of Mythology.
When your computer freezes up, do the speakers start to buzz loadly? And does everthing including the cursor stop?
