2 things i can think of...
#1 Check you're bios to see if it's recognizing the correct amount of ram. Then crack open your case and unseat/re-seat your ram. Do not do this if you have warranty...

PS... think of defragging as repacking your suitcase and making it all logical and packed neatly. It makes things more logical and close together, this can help with speeds loading things directly...

rename the folder to

C:\Program Files\MessengerDisabled\
