you can try to wiggle the wires that go to the speaker, maybe there is a loose connection. make sure the speakers are plugged in and not muted.

question, why are you selling your servers? i mean quad pentium 3's with 2 gig of ram? that would make a pretty decent server. if i lived in the UK i'd buy all three of them wihtout even thinking...

have you tried formating it? and i don't think it's possible for mp3 players to get viruses. if you you format it and doens't work, take it back to the store if you still have the warranty, if not,...
