Hello I recently deleted some files…! After I finished deleting I restarted my pc, I logged in with my user name and password as usual, but then a screen poped up that said "Register your windows"....

Download the explorer or what ever program your using again it should work then.

Try starting your computer in safe mode and deleting it from there.
Notice anything you delete from safe mode you can't find late.
