The 'MsPMSPSv.exe' file is usually harmless but is exploitable and unnecessarily takes up memory, its a part of Windows Media Player but removing it won't affect you in any way.

As another alternative, clear all your cache, history, prefetch n' stuff.. so also download and reinstall windows installer if possible.. :)

You are heavily infected, From your Hijackthis log these look suspicious for me...
Fix them using Hijackthis else use its integrated tool which lets you clear files on boot..

6 memory processes infected..!!! Whoa..!! i'd suggest u to run a Hijackthis scan right away and post the log here, its safe and an independent software, won't obstruct to any other antiviruses...

Err...I don't think there is any official XP file of that name...MAybe Mcafee has screwed Up, try doing a system restore if u have created a restore point..and yeah do also post a 'HijackThis' Log....
