You really don't need utorrent or photoshop. And VCL might be a better alternative to K-lite as it supports and plays literally every type of audio and video format.

on the other hand, if you do want media center and aero, you can get an nvidia geforce fx 5500 or higher, and those are capable of aero, and aero does not require directx 10.
