yes., ms paint can do it. but its kinda hard to input the right coordinates.

have you tried using older versions of flash? maybe it works there.

sometimes i get images at corbis.. but most of the time i use my own photography for images... =)

yeah..what do you mean by boundary? if its a border just uncheck the checkbox in the blending options of the layer...

there are a lot of tutorials out there. just google it up and im sure you'l find one. good luck!

Try opening your image using adobe photoshop and rasterize it from there...

how i wish i can create one on my own.. but for now....im just using the one from rockyou

use the animation feature in photoshop by dragging the layers onto the animation bar. Choose the transition speed and save it using "Save For Web" under Files tab.
