sometimes i get images at corbis.. but most of the time i use my own photography for images... =)

yeah..what do you mean by boundary? if its a border just uncheck the checkbox in the blending options of the layer...

Try opening your image using adobe photoshop and rasterize it from there...

use the animation feature in photoshop by dragging the layers onto the animation bar. Choose the transition speed and save it using "Save For Web" under Files tab.
