Usually, posts like this are for people who have forgotten their admin password, and wish to restore access without having to rebuild the machine. Not for people who are trying o break into a system.

it could be a problem with the DNS,

If you get "Timed Out" when trying the above as suggested by hughv, then try the below:

Start-->Run-->cmd

Don't use quicktime, baaad playback on windows machines, and not much can be done.

go to http://videolan.org/vlc and download VLC, I've never had a problem playing anything in it!

I have a big problem.
