When I start a You Tube or any Video clip I get Video and NO AUDIO.
The Volume is up to the top and no sound. But. ITunes works perfectly, so there is sound.

I lost my icon in the system tray and have the box checked. It does nothing. Is there a section in the registry to fix this?

I was looking and found that I should try the Task Manager then go to FILE> NEW TASK> then run Explorer. That is a thing for tomorrow.

I did go to safe mode it is still the same. The screen is black in SAFE MODE and just the backround screen appears in normal Windows XP boot up.
Can't unplug the HDD it is a SCSI we only have Pcs...

NOPE! it is not because I ran AdAware2008, SpyBot, HiJack 2.02 MalwareBytes' AntiMalware, AVG-AntiVirus/Anti-Spyware and nothing came up. Also removed every program line in MSCONFIG.
