try to reset cmos again..make sure the ac is unplugged..remove all your cards and cables..only your mobo, PSU and memory..check if it will successfully enter BIOS..let us know the result :)

try to take out your cmos batt, put it back after 3 minutes..check if it will clear your bios password or try suggestion above.. be sure to remove ac power cord when doing this.. :)
