before connecting anything, run the setup CD that came with the router and it should guide you throughout. The software will instruct you when you need to connect components to the network.

I think you need the disk software from the manufacturer of the new Sata drive and it should be able to do the job...I don't think a simple copy will work.

there are also lots of free software...

it's likely you have some corrupted files...there are a number of ways to resolve...do you have the Windows setup CD? If so, you can try a windows repair by booting from the CD...

you need a printer that has an ethernet port. Or just leave the printer's computer on all the time...mine is and has been running for years.

you may have IE set as your default browser. In this case, popups or references to other pages can bring that reference up under IE.

Yes, you can prevent printing on a .pdf file. But you should be able to printscreen or do a screen capture and paste and edit with Paint or another image tool.
