The date modified is acting as it's supposed to (You did modify it, after all).
The date created remains the same on my system. Are you saving under the same name in the same folder?

These files are not destructive, just unnecessary.
Use CCleaner to remove temp files, avoid any and all registry cleaners as they are often wrong, and may damage your system....

OK, you see it, but what does it say about partitions, file type, space, etc.? (All drives are partitioned, it's just a matter of how many).

It sounds as though the drive needs to be formatted. You may have accidentally deleted the partition when you reinstalled.
What info do you see in Disk management?

Maybe not so fine. In theory, a 3 user license won't allow installing on a fourth computer, if that's what the OP is stating.

In folder one, select all/rt-click/rename
Enter an appropriate name (i.e. my vacation)
All will be renamed "My vacation001, etc.
Irfanview also has a batch rename utility.
