think about WHY you are setting up the site. To attract new customers? Then look into providing information they need. Sell benefits to customer.

2. format hard drive (and destroy and rebuild primary partition if you can)

Not just a reformat but a complete deletion of your partitions (especially primary) if you have access to DOS. That's the only way to be as sure as possible.

Make backups of your important personal files from your PC, then destroy your DOS partitions. Reformat your hard drive. Then reinstall your OS and software.
