In short, if you are using different anchor text in the link, then it is actually a good idea, if you are targeting that anchor text as part of your keywords.

The problem is that you are playing Russian Roulette with the duplicate content filters - best to use a 301 redirect on 2 of the domain names, or simply park them on the other domain.

Use of keyworded titles is definitely a good idea - but be very careful not to contrive the titles too much, as you need the human users to be able to navigate fine.
