hey for the swfs in ur html code find the paramaters code and add a parameter of wmode=transparent. or simply open in dreamweaver click your swf and from the parameters in properters ad a new one....

well to me it seems like that its another div with name search-news div. while the first div's name is search-news. it seems like two different divs. and the styles are applied on each one...

just open ur flash file and hit ctrl+shift+f12 it will open a publish window in it check the html and publish it. it will generate two files one html and one swf. upload them...
