Reverse Engineer OS9 File Format - Music Notation

Anyone able to offer some help or be able to do some paid work to reverse engineer a file format for a music notation program call Composer's Mosaic ? The vendor has dumped all support many years ago and we have a significant body of work that we need to get into a modern format like MusicXML. Since it will cost us about $50 per page to transcribe by hand I have been authorised to offer around AUD$10,000 to someone to reverse engineer this format.

Will probably need someone with strong knowledge of Mac OS9 and Music Theory...
