Message "Windows IS Running low on Virtual Memory.

Hello I have a problem I get this message that "Windows Is running Low In Virtual Memory and it make my Computer run slow. What can I do?

1. Get More RAM
2. Don't run as Many Processes
3. Clear up some HDD Space
4. Increase VM (R-Click on My Computer --> Properties --> Advanced --> Performance --> Settings --> Advanced --> Virtual Memory --> Change.
