Hijack This Log, please help

I've been having trouble with internet explorer. I get an error that says we are sory for the inconvenience but internet explorer has to close. I always send the report but nothing happens. So I ran Hijack This, can anyone review it for me? Thank you.

did you try reininstallin or upgrading(if possible) IE first and did you do an ad-aware or spybot S&D scan before running hijack this.

all of these look like spyware to me I know for sure that webrebates is but I dont Know about winad. So make a registry backup and then fix these selected problems.

I deleted those files, but internet explorer still gets the error. I did try reinstalling IE from the WinXP dics but that didnt help either. When I send to file to microsoft it says that this text document will be included. C:\DOCUME~1\Mikee\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER13.tmp.dir01\appcompat.txt. I tryed searching for it, but can find it. so i dont really know what to do now

can you brows the internet at all because if you can than just get mozilla firefox some people dont like it but i think it is definetly the better browser.

ok sunflower first why is there 3 IE's running at the same time and next time you shouldn't post your hijack this log in someone else's post especially when your problem does not relate to his.

Download LSPfix from here
On the opening screen, click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox. Check all instances of "osmim.dll" (and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane. Then click Finish.

Uninstall Webrebates from add remove programs.
Open Task Manager & end process on the following:

Winad.exe
msbb.exe
WinClt.exe
sos.exe


Delete these manually:
C:\Program Files\[b]Winad Client[/b[-folder
C:\temp-folder contents
C:\Documents and Settings\Mikee\Application Data\sos.exe-file

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked':

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete the following if found:

C:\Windows\System32\wsaupdater.exe-file
C:\WINDOWS\fenej.exe-file

Reboot normally after doing the above then post a fresh log please.

Clear out your Temporary internet files and other temp files.
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel >Internet Options.

Under the General tab click the Delete temporary internet files,
delete all Offline content as well. Clear out Cookies.

Also, go to Start > Find/search > Files or folders > in the named box, type: *.tmp and choose Edit > select all -> File > delete.

Empty/delete the entire contents of the C:\Windows\temp folder and C:\temp folder, if you have one. (Contents but not the folder itself.)

This one too if Win2K or XP.
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\

Empty the Recycle Bin.
