Boot Problems after Reinstalling Win XP

Dear all,

I have reinstalled Windows after some problems, and now I am getting problems.

I had 2 operating systems in my computer. One WinXP in one physical hard disk, and in another one I had Ubuntu Linux. I have installed Windows to disk C (first physical disk).

And now, when I boot my computer there is error message:

Boot sector has either been changed or moved to another place.Comfirm new boot options in System Setup and Run Antivirus Program. Press F1 to resume, F2 to go to Setup.

When I press F1 Windows loads. When I press to F2 there is setup, and even if I say Save changes and exit, this message stays in the next boot.

Actions done:
Virusscan showed new trojan Trojan.W32.KillFiles.mu and I deleted it. Problem lives still.

Where has my linux gone? What should I do for normal boot?

My computer specs:
Fujitsu Siemens motherboard, Intel x32 2.8GHz 256MB RAM

Thanks in advance
