8 pin connector on MB

My new motherboard will be coming with a 8pin CPU connector and I have only got a 4 pin on my PSU so what shall i do? any ideas
I will try and help you even if everyone has given up!

4-pin to 8-pin power converter, here is one on new egg.

but im in the uk and they do only molex to 4 pin would that work one 4pin and a molex to 4 pin and join them both together?

People say you can have just one 4 pin in it

Well everytime you add a converter, you lose a little power, so you do not want to use them if you can avoid it, especially if your running a a mb that needs a lot of power. I am sure there is a converter out there for it you can use, search a site like new egg or even try going to the Molex website. Interesting though, I didn't know UK only uses Molex connectors.
