Exciting broadband media space start-up needs java engineers ($100K)

I am working with an exciting start-up with 2 veteran founders and a small core team of developers. It is an opportunity to become part of a HOT media broadband industry. The start-up is still in stealth mode and there still is a chance to receive equity. The start-up is well funded and the 2 founders are well connected and have a successful history of media start-ups. Location is Hollywood, CA.

We are expanding and looking for software engineers who would like to focus on building a large scaled website with the latest technologies.

We need a client or front-end web developer with java, jsp, xhtml, Ajax, xml, html, etc.

Then, for middle and server side, we need 3 software engineers with strong Java application development experience, OO design skills, knowledge of core APIs, Java 5 language features and design patterns, experience in relational database design and SQL (MySQL is a plus) and knowledge of IoC and object-relational mapping

We would like a C.S. or related degree.
