Our client, a very well known and regarded financial organization in Rockville, MD, is in need of a Sr. Documentum Architect for a long-term contract with probable extensions:


Start Date: January 2007

Position: Consultant

Length: 6+ months (potentially more long-term)

Location: Rockville , MD



Job Description:

· Provide architectural guidance designing, development and deployment of
applications using Documentum as a development platform

· Provide architectural guidance for building shared Documentum-based environment

· Design applications using Documentum 5.3

· Design SOAP-based services to access/modify data stored in Documentum

· Design integration approach for Documentum-based solutions with Active Directory,
portals and COTS products



Requirements:

· At least 5 years of design experience using Documentum

· Deep understanding of Content Management best practices

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience of Documentum development (version 5
preferred)

· At least 10 years of total design and development experience

· Experience in the following technologies:

· Documentum Foundation Classes (mandatory)

· Java (mandatory)

· Documentum BPM (mandatory)

· Web Services (mandatory)

· XML/XSLT (mandatory)

· JSP/Servlets (optional)

· HTML/Javascript (optional)

· SQL (optional)

· Documentum WDK (optional)

· .NET (optional)

· Extensive knowledge of programming methodology
and development life cycle
