Hello all, I'm trying to fix a problem.
This E-machine did not boot up, so I changed the power supply, puter came on but no beeps, or anything on the monitor.
All the fans run, could it be the mobo?

Could be.
Try removing everything-cards, RAM etc. to see if you get anything on the monitor.
A damaged PS could have affected the motherboard.

i have a emachine t2824 and all u see on the screen is black, when i opened my computer i saw that the green light was on and i hear this kind of wistle sound. other than that green light inside no other lights turn on.
