windows xp not detecting nvidia card

after i reformatted my computer, my PC wasn't detecting my Nvidia card(GeForce 5200)
so can anybody help me?

As Hughv stated if you haven't installed the drivers you need them - by default Windows generally does not ship with OEM video card drivers - you can find the drivers you need here
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Download and install the appropriate drivers for your video card
