Favoriteman, NetPal and ATPartners.dll plague continues

I've had these three *@$^%'s on my system for about a month now and everything I try to remove them fails. In safe mode I run CWShredder, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, AboutBuster, and try to pick them out with RegLite, But they immediately reappear on startup. When I try to Unregister the dll's using Regsvr32 I get a fail message telling me file not found even though I can clearly see the dll's in System32. Also, when I run Ad-aware it sees the im64.dll in System32 folder, but it will not remove it, saying" im64.dll is not a valid Windows image" and to check against my install disk. Does anyone know how to remove these irritating trojans? Please help. Thanks. Here's my most recent HJT log:

You may want to update HijackThis to the newest version and post a new log, just in case the newer version happens to pick up anything the other one didn't. I believe the newest version in 1.98.2.

Last time I encounter like you do. I simply went to the file's location and deleted it which cant be removed by anti-spyware or anti-virus program.
Hope it helps.

Have you turned off the system restore? If not, you have to turn it off. Then try to remove it again.
