Well you could try using XSLT to display it. And you could place it into a section of another file with an Iframe.
Although since this is a PHP form, then I would say the easiest way would be to use SimpleXML if you are using PHP 5.0

Hey guys;
can anyone suggest me to develop a simple RSS reader with php.
You can also use a RSS parser such as Magpie or Pear RSS.
