dear..about your question i have some sugestions,,,first define the patient type..like there are three type..being known by their card issue at hopital receipt in color sambols..Yellow(Y type) using for emergency..Green(G) using for casualty..White(W) treated at opd..there may be different sections in hopital..so first relate the patient to the concern department by issuing him/her colored card..for better result please contact me again..
