unable to use xp style start menu

can somebody please help me.
I am unable to use the xp style start menu. There is no option to use it. There is only one option and that is to use the classic style start menu.
can somebody please help me i want to use my xp style start menu. thanks for your help in advance.

unzip then run it and go into "start menu and taskbar" on the left and make sure "force classic start menu" is UNchecked. Reboot afterwards then the option should be re-enabled
