*error on page*.....cannot access *help*

hello.....i am not sure if i am in correct place......your site is a bit *busy*......however i do need help....you all sound experienced..........continually see *error on page*.....any and all pages.......most noted when i click *help*...otherwise the page is ok...IE: email....home page etc......recent find...... I have Windows ME....dial-up....any help appreciated......thank you DG
