win server logon password issue

Hi all,

I could not not log on to my win server 2003 because i forgot my password. However, i tried to re load windows with the CD to repair but the system boots non stop until it reaches the password console.

PLEASE HELP!

you need to modify the bios to tell it5 to boot from the cd
