Enter URL's and all are redirected to google?

This is so extremly frustrating. I have a pc on our network that will load Yahoo or msn. Then when you type in a url it is redirected to google with the url listed in one of the searches that come up. Then you click on the link for the url and it gives an error message. I have run spyware removal programs and it doesn't seem to do anything. Whats puzzling is i can get to yahoo or msn. When i click on any link in either of the two sites it gives an error message. Any suggestions would be great!

Download the HostsXpert.
Run it and press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK". Exit Program.
Note that if you have a custom host file, this will remove it.

==

Download HijackThis from here. Download it to your desktop and NOT a temporary folder.
Start HJT & press the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. When the scan is finished a window will pop up giving you the option of where to save it. Save it to desktop where it is easy to access. Open the log file and copy the entire contents of the file & paste it into the body of your post. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET. Most of what is there is necessary for the running of your system.

You are running hijackthis directly from the zip file which is not good. You need to unzip it before running.
Not seeing a cause of your problems there anyway.
Go here and download then run Silent Runners.vbs. Right click on the download link and select Save Target As. Save it to the desktop or to a folder in a permanent directory. It generates a log which will be created in the same folder you are running it from. Please post the information back in this thread.
If you have a script blocking program, please allow the file to run. It is not malicious.
