vundo problem that will not go away.....

hello
i am new here and love the site looks so far , i am in need of help. i have vundo files that i cannot delete period. the name and locale is c:\WINDOWS\system32\vtutq.dll
i have investigated this thoroughly and have tried unlimited ways with no luck,,,i have tried vundofix, vundobegone, killbox, hijackthis, lots of antivirus/spyware programs and nothing works i have deleted registry keys related directly i have turned off internet connection and booted safe mode and did all and still no luck? help seriously this is rediculous. i am not reinstalling because i just did last week i have no time right now for that,,,, i am a college student and seriously need to remove this to gain back my total function of my computer thank u anyone who has the possible fix and directions.
