Help Problem Installing AVP 2

  #1
Jan 19th, 2008
Hi I'm new to this site and I just bought the game AVP2 (Aliens vs. Predator 2) for the PC and I'm having trouble installing it because I had previously installed it on my computer and now its telling me there are a few files that weren't removed when i last uninstalled it. It told me that the files were in C:\WINDOWS\ and thats all it told me and that doesn't tell me anything. So if anyone could help me please I would very much appreciate it because it wont let me Install the game until i find those files and delete them off the computer.

use this tool

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

if AVP2 is listed, remove it. The tool helped me install office 2007 (i had the beta version then unistalled it and tried to install the final one but it said it was already installed)
