How do I get rid of/disable drag to disc

Here are a couple of options to disable the drag n drop....
1:
Right click Start button > Properties > Customize > Advanced tab. In the Start Menu items list, remove check mark from "Enable Dragging and Dropping".
2:
Disable IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service. Run services.msc to do this.
