I actually posted this in another area by mistake.
My monitor won't recognize either of the new video cards I have. Both are supposed to be compatible..but I could be wrong and would that cause this problem.
I put the card in and hook up monitor..nothing. I move the monitor to the original
port, still nothing. I remove the card and the monitor works fine. The fan on the card is running which leads me to believe it is working or at least installed correctly.
I am wondering if this is a problem with the AGP slot, could it be damaged?
Any help would be appreciated.
