Thanks for taking a look! We've developed a business servicing the rental housing market (ever expanding right now!) - with a SOLID business model (9 defined, realistic streams of revenue), and we need a talented, entrepreneurial individual to help us bring it to life. I have a background in sales/ marketing, and he's been through the startup wringer before as a founder, so we've crafted a very well put together business and marketing plan. Our problem - we don't know how to build sites!
It's been a struggle, to say the least, trying to find someone to help us build this without payment upfront. But I'm convinced the right person is out there, and if you think it could be you, let me know. If you can get through my exec summary and tell me I'm wrong, well, I challenge you.
Here's the description of the right person - LIVES IN THE SF BAY AREA (or at least NorCal - this is mandatory, do not reply if you live elsewhere), skilled in HTML, PHP, Javascript, and all the other majors are a plus, entrepreneurial spirit, and the vision to see the potential in a startup when it's presented to them. You may ask "If it's such a great idea, why don't you already have a developer?" Honestly, it seems like all the good ones here have paying jobs, and aren't motivated to risk it on a startup. So c'mon, you got this far in this thread - and if you actually live in the Bay, and fit this description, than there are too many coincidences for you not to reply.
Hope you enjoyed reading my pitch - let's do this, together. If you can't tell by my tone, I'm confident that we have a game changer on our hands. Reach out to me at mhendrick_29@yahoo.com if you want to be a part of it. Thanks.
