Framed page won't display in IE but will display in Netscape

I have added a new framed page to a site and it will display in Netscapte but not in IE. Also, I can display the unframed page in both. I tried creating the page in both Frontpage and Dreamweaver. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

not just show us the framed page, Post the code used to write these pages, and maybe post them in the web design area, for those people out there that know lots about HTML and such (lol like mee

) you might have somthing defined thats a netscape variable only thats killing it in IE.
