hi all
if i have a 2 different tables, one of them is a plain text and the other is a cipher text
how to build a programe " assembly " to allow me to enter a plain text message , encrypt this message using the stored tables then decrypt the cipher text to obtain the original text message ???

Your question if far to arbitrary to give a concise answer and google will give you lots of links to examples.
