Hi, Please can someone help me with a printer network problem, I have a small network of three PC's all on XP and connected through a router, I have just connected my Laserjet 4050 TN printer to the router and from the jetdirect card within the printer. The problem I have is that I cannot find the printer on the network in order to set it up.
Please Help!
Thanks

1. look in the printer documentation what the default IP address is.
2. bring one of the PCs onto the same address range.
3. configure the printer with a new IP common to your network using the PC with changed IP configuration
4. bring the PC back into the normal network
5. print away
