I have a swingers site that I've been running for the past couple of years (although I haven't done much to it until this past year). I started 'really' working on the site about 10 months ago and I now have it ranking pretty well on most search engines for 'swingers' related keywords. The site is a 'free' community built on a (heavily customized) Joomla CMS and has developed a nice following.

At this point I do not have any advertisers on the web site and it is not monetized in anyway, but it gets almost 100 unique 'targeted' visitors per day strictly from 'search engine' traffic. The site has about 340 members (all came from search engines for phrases like 'swingers club' etc.)

The site has been built with many awsome features like video upload, chat, polls, user profile editor, image galleries, community boards etc. and can be turned into a serious contender. I have gone into mainstream internet and no longer want this site in my name as I have some very big clients that might not appreciate that so much. I am hoping to get about $5k for the site. If anyone is interested please pm me. If not then please don't post your critisism just for the sake of feeling important (I'm just looking for serious buyers only).

If anyone would like to see a search engine ranking report for the site please PM me. The site has 'many' swinger 'related keywords showing up on the front page of most search engines for one phrase or another. The site has no blackhat SEO and is an 'established' web site. It also has hundreds of pages already indexed by the search engines (hundreds more should be indexed by the next update).
