Javascript code to disable swf dotted-frame in webpage

The websites which contain swf flash files display a dotted border around the flash swf file. And also when we move cursor on that, it displays, "Click to activate". Can I overcome this problem, because famous sites such as msn has overcome this. Is any script there.
