Internet Explorer seven problem

Something very annoying is happening with Internet Explorer seven on a couple of my computers. Let's say that I am browsing a website and a pop-up comes up, if I close that pop up, all the other Internet Explorer pagers close down as well I get one of those stupid Microsoft box, asking me if I want to send in a error report.
