Question Combine multiple records into one

Hello experts could someone tell me how can i combine multiple records into one value.

Sample in MS Access:
(Lastname & "" & "," & " " & Firstname) AS Name

How can i do this in MySQL?..tnx in advance

concat(firstname,lastname) as name
More on concat here.
