Can one connect one PC to my wireless network at a time

Hi, I recently bought a new computer n installed a DWL-520+ wireless card. It works great, connects to the network and Internet etc- but as soon as i turn on my other pc with wireless connection (which is closer to the router), the signal 'flicks' on and off about every 2-6 seconds, not letting it establish a connection. Also it 'kicks' off my others computers' wireless at times also

HELP NEEDED!! I have no idea! thanks in advance

Thank you so much for your help- I have a d-link DI-624+ router

However, I have used this same card with the same router on my previous computer and it worked fine then- i remember having the same problem with the card back when i was setting up my previous computer- but somehow i figured out how to get it working... but now i cant haha
