can't open control panel, my computer, my documents, etc. keep getting "server busy"

Hello! Thanks in advance for any help you can offer...I don't know too much about this stuff 
Last night, my computer starting randomly playing a broadcast even though nothing was open to play it on - it was just audio playing by itself....
The computer was also lagging a lot and an error message stating "server busy" kept popping up.
I also realized that I can't open the control panel or my documents, my pictures, my computer, etc.
I ran McAfee, Adaware, Spyware Blaster, Hijack This, CC Cleaner in safe mode. I can't figure out what else to do!

Lot of bad stuff in your file, download and run this program in safe mode Vondufix and ATF cleaner and Ccleaner
run all 3 files in safe mode then MUST be downloaded to your desktop and run from there
