Changing Vista's start menu to look like XP's?

Is it possible to change the start menu in Vista to the XP standard menu? I know you can change to the classic start menu but I want to change to the XP one. I know the XP start menu is similar to the standard Vista start menu but I liked the standard XP menu better. Thanks
